Executing the fundamentals

Last year Kelly Shoppach provided us with one of the greatest moments in baseball history, when he schooled us all on sliding into second base.  We posted the true story of how those events transpired at the time, but Shoppach is at it again this time showing us how to throw out a base stealer.









Of course it’s always worth looking back at the slide…







But Shoppach isn’t on the Sox any more, so where will we get our entertainment?  How about new left fielder Shane Victorino?








And if Jacoby Ellsbury is traded or gets injured, Shane can fill in…
